You know what scares me? Spiders. Spiders are the most gross and disgusting things on the earth. You know what’s even weirder? There’s more spiders than humans on the earth. And to add-on, we let creatures with 8 eyes and 8 legs, build their homes in our house where they catch and eat other creatures all while they lay eggs to hatch more spiders in your house. Yea…that’s the most comforting thing I’ve ever heard too. So you would think that everybody would share the same hatred and sacredness that you do. But to your surprise almost nobody does.
So this Sunday afternoon, instead of being a good student and doing my blog then, my family went to water world. My brothers and sisters and I went on lots of water slides and were having a lot of fun. Well, as we were waiting in line for what (to me) is arguably the best slide there, there was a problem. So the line for the revolution goes up a few stories, if I had to guess I say somewhere between 5 and 7 stories.we were hanging on the railing waiting to go one the ride at around the 4th story mark (give or take) when something awful happens. As we were watching the people on the ride next to us go, I looked down and what do I see? A spider. And 8 legged 8 eyed spider looking straight up at me. Of course, I scream and start freaking out while my siblings look at it and go “awe it’s so small and cute”. Which by the way it wasnt. So I just tried to move on and forget what happened.
Later, as we were up higher, almost to the front of the line, we were again leaning over the railings trying to keep ourselves occupied. Then, my sister screams and started freaking out, so of course I start freaking out because I think she sees a spider. So while I’m freaking out I was screaming and pushed my brother, who was hanging over the railing at the time. Within the next second, I realized it was a bee and became much calmer.I look over at my brother who is giving me the death glare, because if he wasn’t holding on to the railing, I would’ve pushed him off the 5 to 7 floor stairs to his death. He looked at me and calmly, with his rubber ducky swimsuit on, and said “how about we don’t push people over the edge”. And that my friends is how I almost killed my brother at water world. Which adds up to a grand total of 2 people that I have almost killed at water world.
